South29 is located in Spartanburg, SC off of Interstate-85 exit 66 or Interstate-26 exit 21a.
The club is located almost exactly in between Interstate 85 and Interstate 26 on Hwy US-29
(officially called Warren H Abernathy Hwy). A map of the club is provided below. You can also
enter your address below, and get turn-by-turn directions to the club from your address.
If you get to our location on hwy-29 and can't find the building, look for the A&B Aquarium shop.
We are directly across the road, behind the two buildings up the paved drive.
Look for the lit gated entrance, with lights along the fence.

South29 doesn't target any specific genre. We have enough love for everyone and encourage all
types to call us your spot for night life. If you like high-energy top 40 dance music with a relaxed, fun
atmosphere full of interesting people of all types, friendly bartenders serving great drinks, and fun
different areas to mingle with your friends, this is the place for you. If you are looking
for a place to watch sports, listen to hip-hop or hard rock music, this might not be the place for you. We
feature weekend drag cabaret shows and our South29 Boys featured dancers in addition to other special entertainment.
Come ready to meet some new exciting faces, have a good cocktail or your fave beer and have some fun. There is no
charge to stare at the boys. South29 is a proud partner of Upstate Pride.
We do sponsor alternative themed nights on advertised occasions so there are no surprises to
our regular members. We also sponsor sports nights with college and professional games on the HD digital
big screen, campus nights supporting the local colleges, and other music themed nights, and
entertainment nights (check event calendar).

We accept Visa, MC, Discover, American Express for any front door fees/drinks inside the club. You may start a
tab at any of our three bar stations and order drinks to your tab as desired. All tabs must be closed out
before the bar closes. All unclosed tabs will be charged an automatic 30% gratuity.
The service bar is cash only. The service bar provides quick access to non-alcoholic beverages (Sodas, Water, Redbull, Monster Energy, Can Beer) and allows our main bar lines not to be tied up with non-drink orders.
The hot spot shot waiters offer nightly shot specials throughout the crowd for $2 cash.
Cash may be obtained from the main bar. The cash will be added to your credit tab + a $2 service fee.

The club has 24 hour remote CCTV monitoring through the 15 cameras located inside and outside the premises. All outdoor areas including the parking lot are monitored and recorded. We also have parking lot security to assure you get to your car safely, and to keep people from loitering around our guest's cars.

Members are not allowed to exit and re-enter the club continuously. If you need to leave the club and want
to re-enter on the same night, you will need to obtain an exit pass from the front desk. One exit pass will be granted per
member per night. If you need to go out again, you will have to repay the cover charge. Anyone re-entering without
an exit pass will have to repay the cover charge. Exit passes will be granted once per member, per night as requested.
South 29 wants to offer a safe atmosphere for its member's and guests. Anyone under the age of 21
possessing alcohol or any one aiding an under 21 patron in the consumption of alcohol will be immediately
removed and banned from the club. We take underage drinking very seriously.
South 29 utilizes a state of the art ID scanning system to manage members and entry into the bar.
Your ID will be scanned into our system that recognizes IDs from all 50 states including US issued passports.
Your information and photo from your ID will be automatically scanned into our system and pulled
up each time you enter the bar and at any of our bartender stations when you start a tab or order a
drink.. Anyone providing a fake ID will be banned from further entry into South 29.
