We are currently looking for experienced BARTENDING ASSISTANTS/BAR BACKS We are looking for honest, upbeat, outgoing people with fun and energetic personalities. Ability to operate efficiently in an extreme fast paced environment. Schedules range from 9p-3a Friday & Saturday Nights South29 plans to open on Thursday & Sunday nights after November 2009 Responsible for assuring bartender has supplies to pour drinks smoothly all night. BTA's are also responsible for keeping the bar area and public areas clean. Bartending Assistants (bar back) retain 10% of their Bartender's tips plus hourly wage.
