Online Membership Agreement	I UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING ONLINE POLICY: 1. Membership fee is due at the time of your first visit to the bar 2. No cover charge will be charged on the first visit when you pay for your membership 3. Military Service membership not accepted unless valid military ID is presented 4. Promotional Membership not accepted unless valid signed voucher is presented 5. Bar Policies Agreement must be signed at South29 before membership will be granted 6. This online form does not constitute signing of the South 29 Policies Agreement 7. Not presenting payment for membership at first visit will result in not being allowed inside unless signed in as a guest, by a current member, and payment of guest cover charge 8. NO ENTRY OR CONSIDERATION will be offered if a valid state ID or passport is not presented ID must match ID on online membership form 0. All members, regardless of status, MUST be checked into the bar at the front door No one may enter the bar without first checking in at the front door 10. South29 Bands all 21+ members who wish to drink. Drinks will not be served, and tabs will not opened for members approaching the bar with no band. Bands are part of the checkin process.

Submit Application to South29 Front Desk	Press Submit to send application.. your application will be waiting when you arrive at South29. You will need to sign the membership policy agreement in person, pay for your membership, and you will be allowed in the bar with full access to all areas. Persons not filling out an online application, and fills their application out at the bar, will have to wait 24 hours after filling out application to be able to drink inside the bar. It is SC State Law that only members be allowed to drink inside the establishment. SC State mandates that membership applications filled out in person at the club (as opposed to online) require a 24 hour wait/processing before the member can be allowed to consume alcohol inside the establishment.
